Reward Tickets: Another method to Scoop a product is through Reward Tickets. You can earn Reward Tickets by introducing scoopdepool to your friends and family or follow our social media. Successful Scoopers: Successful Scoopers are the individuals who successfully receives the product at the end of the scooping run.
There are many ways to purchase Scoop Points. You may purchase via MOLPAY from physical stores like 7-Eleven, petrol stations, pharmacies, convenience stores, hypermarkets etc. that are equipped with electronic payment gateway; or Maybank, CIMB and RHB ATMs. Learn more about MOLPAY here. And yes you can use your debit card. Debit card will work the same as credit card.
You can always Scoop any product at anytime, anywhere with your Scoop Points. You are also entitled to one additional attempt using a Reward Ticket after the usage of at least one Scoop Point.
Yes! You may Scoop by focusing on one single product or Scoop multi items separately with your available Scoop Point. No restriction on your Scoop Point usage.
KLCI refers to Bursa Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Composite Index stock price. The closing KLCI, Index on the day of closing will be used to determine the Successful Scooper. Click here for details.

Announcement date will be revealed on the website and/or app when an item reaches 100% completion.
We will use the next day’s KLCI Closing Index to determine the qualifiers. If the market is closed on the next day, we will take the next available closing (i.e. if the product scoop completion is on a Friday, we will use the following Monday KLCI Closing Index).
All scoop points and reward tickets used will be refunded to the respective user accounts.
